AO Master concepts
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Guild | A managed Albion guild (or sub-group within one) inside AO Master. One AO Master guild = one record + one set of channels. |
| Channel | A page in the sidebar (#Welcome, #Members, etc.). Modeled after Discord's vocabulary for familiarity. |
| Role | A bundle of permissions assigned to one or more members. Distinct from war role. |
| Permission | A single yes/no capability gate (e.g. Approve Regear Requests). See Permissions reference. |
| Owner | The user who created the guild. Treated as Administrator regardless of which roles they hold. |
| System | An opt-in subsystem (Silver Bank, Siphon Bank, Armory, Item Price, ZvZ System). Toggle on Settings → Guild Systems. |
| Tier | Subscription plan (Free / Basic / Pro / Max). Different tiers raise the quotas on members, log retention, locker count, etc. See Subscription tier + billing. |
| Setup Checklist | A pattern where a feature surfaces its dependencies as a tickable list (✓ satisfied / ⚠ missing) with deep-links to fix what's missing. See Settings → Regear Policy. |
| Public Profile | The guild's public-facing Welcome page (banner, description, widgets). Visible to anyone with the URL. See Settings → Public Profile. |
| Vanity slug | Custom short URL (/g/your-name) for your public profile. See Owners — Public profile + vanity slug. |
| Audit log | Append-only record of every state-changing action. See Settings → Audit Log. |
Regear pipeline
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | A regear / OC request submitted by a member, waiting for staff review. |
| Approved | Staff said yes; the request is queued for delivery (cut-off task in item mode, payout in silver mode). |
| Delivered | Item-mode: a packer marked the cut-off task complete + items are in the member's locker. |
| Paid | Silver-mode: silver has been credited to the member's Silver Bank balance. |
| Received | The member has acknowledged the request in their My Requests view. Moves it to Archived. |
| Rejected | Staff declined the request with a reason. |
| Archived | Acknowledged or auto-archived (after the retention window passes). |
