#Cut-off Tasks
The staff packer queue for item-mode regear delivery. Lives under REGEAR TEAM in the sidebar.
Who can see it
Visible when the guild's Regear Mode is set to Item return (Settings → Regear Policy). Hidden in any silver payout mode (the work moves to the Payout action on #Review Requests instead).
Three permissions touch the channel:
- Approve Regear Requests — create cut-off tasks from the Approved tab on
#Review Requests, complete tasks here. - Claim Cut-off Tasks — take a task off the unassigned queue ("Take Task" button).
- Supervise Cut-off Tasks — release / undo / mark recipients delivered on any task regardless of who claimed it.
Tabs

| Active | Tasks with at least one undelivered recipient. The packer workspace. |
| Completed | Every recipient on the task is delivered. Kept for audit. |
Each task card shows name, item count, recipient count, assignee, and a progress bar. Click for the detail drawer with Pick List (aggregated items + chest-log Pick Checker) and Recipients (per-member items + locker badges).
Finding a specific task
The search box at the top accepts:
- A task name — match against the name you (or another staffer) gave the task at creation.
- A
#event_id— paste a 9-digit Albion event ID prefixed with#to find the task containing the request for that specific death. Mirrors the search on #Review Requests, so when a member asks about a kill by event link, you can trace it from the review queue all the way to the packer side.
