Welcome to AO Master

AO Master is a guild management platform for Albion Online. It bundles the workflows guilds tend to spin up themselves (regear tracking, locker assignments, ZvZ attendance, member onboarding, silver banking) into one site + a Discord bot that mirrors the key pieces into your Discord server.

Who it's for

  • Guild owners setting up tracking for a 50-350-member ZvZ / PvE / PvP guild.
  • Recruiters managing applications through a web flow + Discord pipeline.
  • Regear staff approving requests + packing cut-off tasks into lockers.
  • Shot-callers scheduling CTAs + tracking attendance with OCR.
  • Members submitting regears, claiming locker assignments, signing up for events.

If your guild has < 20 members, AO Master is overkill — a Discord channel + a spreadsheet probably suffices. The system pays off once you cross ~50 active members + start running organised ZvZ.

What you get on the free tier

  • One guild record, up to 350 members.
  • The core regear pipeline (submit → review → cut-off task → locker).
  • 5 locker groups, 50 total lockers.
  • 4 war roles.
  • Daily death feed for the last 7 days.
  • 30-day audit log.

Paid tiers raise quotas + add the optional systems (Silver Bank, Siphon Bank, Armory, Item Price, full ZvZ system with attendance OCR). See Subscription tier + billing.
