Settings → Delete Guild
The Delete Guild tab is what you use to permanently wipe a guild from AO Master. Open it from the Settings modal — it's the last item in the nav, separated from the rest with a red colour.
Permanent + irreversible
Delete removes every member, role, war role, locker group + assignment, regear request, cut-off task, silver bank balance, audit log entry, public profile, vanity slug, and Discord pairing for this guild. The data is not soft-deleted — it's hard-deleted from the database. There is no undo.
If you want to preserve the config for a future re-creation, save it via Settings → Import Config before clicking Delete.
Permissions
The tab is Owner-only — only the user who originally created the guild sees this tab in the nav. Even an Administrator role can't delete the guild; only the actual creator can.
(If the original owner has left the guild, contact AO Master support — there's an ownership-transfer flow that runs out-of-band.)
What's on the tab

One button: Delete Guild. Clicking it opens a confirmation modal that requires you to:
- Type the guild's display name exactly into a confirm input.
- Click the final Delete action.
Both steps are intentional friction — the first ensures you know which guild you're deleting (especially important when you manage multiple), the second is the actual commit.
The delete runs immediately on click — no scheduled hold, no email confirmation. It's a hard-delete the moment you confirm.
What happens to silver / siphon balances + paid Gold
Member-side wallet balances are part of guild state and are wiped. Members lose any silver / siphon they had in this guild's banks.
Subscription Gold for the guild owner is not touched — guild deletion doesn't refund Gold or downgrade the owner's account. The Gold can be reapplied to a different guild via the owner's #My Gold channel.

Walked as demo01 (Owner of QuickStart Demo) on 2026-05-24 against commit 7dd04f1b. The screenshot shows the bare Delete Guild button — the confirm modal is captured separately when staff actually walks the flow (which we deliberately skipped on QuickStart Demo to keep it alive for the rest of the docs).
